As Salem and the five are traveling through the Land of Gehenna towards
their objective, Salem is recalling the first time they ever laid eyes on
Samantha. She had approached them on the plains of the Land of the Great
Kingdom in her "quad," a four horse chariot. Salem had disparaged her in
a way, remarking "how this is a lot of power for a girl, a woman, to handle."
Sam takes him on a blistering ride that leaves his past perceptions of the
Christian woman in the dust.
